Early voting started in a lot of the States this week and we are already seeing long lines in most of the corrupt, racist Republican controlled southern states.
People standing 12 hours in line to vote in predominantly democratic areas of Georgia is a very common occurrence.
This blog will try to list some of the more blatant voter suppression efforts in Georgia by the criminal, racist, unpatriotic Republican party.
Voter Suppression by closing polling locations in heavily democratic areas
"Florida deputies will add security after armed men appeared at polling site"
— Rachel Maddow MSNBC (@maddow) October 23, 2020
Armed rando's show up saying they were hired by the Trump campaign.
Campaign says they didn't hire them.
Now they'll put deputies there.
End result: armed officers at the polls.https://t.co/MyYKIQK1EH
"At least 214 polling places closed across Georgia between 2012 and 2018."

"County elections offices have been free to shut down precincts without federal approval since 2013, when the U.S. Supreme Court weakened Voting Rights Act oversight requirements."https://t.co/CR60Kxd7eB
Democracy hating GOP criminals (DeJoy and others) crippled the USPS system to steal the election by suppressing the votes
This is true of all swing states where they are facing major delays in returning ballots on time, USPS data shows.

The delays loom large over 28 states that require ballots to reach election officials by Election Day to be counted. https://t.co/DJmo97xODx
Maddow on on-time mail percentages in key battlegrounds:

Philadelphia: 43%
Detroit: 53%
Northern Ohio: 56%
South Florida: 63%
Trump and DeJoy have throttled the US mail in key Democratic strongholds. It is now too late to trust the mail in states that require ballots by Nov. 3.
A federal judge ordered the U.S. Postal Service to implement “extraordinary measures” in 22 districts across the U.S. — including several in battleground states — where on-time delivery of ballots has dipped below a rate of 90% for two days this week. https://t.co/7gJAYYgPXG

This is why I BEGGED and BEGGED and BEGGED and BEGGED the House to hold ADDITIONAL HEARINGS and to let POSTAL WORKERS testify and not just the top brass. https://t.co/3v1TOnx3Cp

America.

Don't accept this.
This was Trump and DeJoy's plan all along. https://t.co/3v1TOnx3Cp
Given Supreme Court rulings on mail ballots and Trump's effort to undermine the Postal Service, I strongly suggest that you now vote in person - try early voting or find a drop box. Protect your health but don’t let anyone deprive you of your most precious right. Have a plan.

Black people are going to the polls by the thousands and waiting in lines for hours to vote early in Georgia. Many say the time is worth it in a year when issues including prejudice, racial justice and voter suppression are at the forefront. https://t.co/7HiBpYtojL

FACT: “nonwhite voters are **7** times more likely than white voters to wait in line for more than 1 hour to vote. The reason, the study concluded, is because election officials send more resources to white polling precincts.”

This is a picture of voter suppression. Why do Americans have to wait in lines this long? This is the line in Suwannee Georgia today to vote. pic.twitter.com/rHl4Gr5kEi

As of 11am, voters waited 5+ hours to cast ballots @ the main Cobb Co. early polling location (736 Whitlock Ave, Marietta). Some seemed unbothered by the line. “It doesn’t matter how long it takes…we’re voting like our life depends on it,“ said a voter. #gavotes @11AliveNews pic.twitter.com/gA5wHLoyit
