Capital is Jackson. Population is 2.98 million. Governor is Tate Reeves (Republican)

With a population of 328 million in the United States, it may require 2.13 million deaths to reach a 65 percent threshold of herd immunity, assuming the virus has a 1% fatality rate.

Let’s not try out this strategy. What if the virus has a 2% fatality rate? 4.26 million deaths is acceptable?

Trump and the Republicans come up with a plan to kill 2.3 to 3 million Americans

They complained that 4 Benghazi deaths were too many. Now they are signing off on Putin paying Taliban to kill American Soldiers and the genocide of 2-3 million Americans.

Good thing that they are pro-life. Imagine if they were the pro-death party?

During a news conference on Tuesday, State Health Officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs said there were 31 COVID-19 outbreaks at Mississippi schools.

All kindergarteners at Kossuth Elementary School have been ordered to quarantine immediately, parents learned via text message from the school

This is all kindergarten classes at Kossuth Elementary, not just one, which about ~100-120 students.

Bewildered parents who got the 9 p.m. text had no time to change plans, make arrangements for work, etc. The quarantine starts in the morning til 9/8.

State health officer: 720 schools in 74 Mississippi counties reporting coronavirus cases

Number quarantined in Mississippi schools grow to 8018

Mississippi has now quarantined at least 7,429 students and 589 teachers due to confirmed or potential #COVID19 infections. That's almost a four-fold increase in quarantines since last week.
